Where is Revived Real Estate Licensed to do work?

Revived Real Estate is licensed to work and pull permits in City of Alexandria, City of Manassas, Prince William County, Fairfax County, Loudoun County and the Town of Leesburg. If we have a project outside these areas, we go to that county and register a license to work.

Yes, Revived Real Estate hold Liability Insurance of 2 Million per project to protect our clients home and anything we are working on.

Yes, Revived Real Estate offers financing for certain projects. Financing is offered through G.E. Capital, America’s Leading Trusted Lender. Projects eligible for financing are: Roofing, Insulation, Humidifier, Dehumidifier, A/C Unit, Furnace, Heat Pump, UV Air Purifier, Boilers and Generators. Helping to boost communication with homeowner and each trade as the project goes along. Plus this saves the homeowner from the general contractor mark up their subs, due to not performing the work In-House. By Revived Real Estate performing ALL Carpentry, Painting, Flooring, Plumbing, Gas, HVAC, Roofing and Siding trades In-House, we are able to offer that SAVINGS to the HOMEOWNER.

Does Revived Real Estate Offer any type of Warranty?

Yes, Revived Real Estate warranties all of their workmanship for the duration of (1) One Year. The warranty of the materials differ from project to project.

Does Revived Real Estate Offer FREE Estimates?

Yes, Revived Real Estate offers FREE, In-House Estimates for our clients. At the time of meeting we show the homeowner a copies of our Certificate of Liability Insurance and various trade licenses. We like to relieve as much “Stress” and “Pressure” of hiring a contractor out of the equation for our clients. We supply the client with any various ways, or different products they would like to see. Giving our clients the ability to see where their money is spent best. Home Remodeling Projects are a big decision and need to be handled as smoothly as possible, we help oil the process.

Will Revived Real Estate help us design our next project?

Yes, Revived Real Estate will come in and go over your next project. Helping you with material decision and the design layout, with one of our construction experts. Once materials and the design is confirmed, Revived Real Estate will have the drawings stamped and submitted to the county for approvals/ permits.

Will Revived Real Estate come in Mid-Project to Finish the Project?

Yes, Revived Real Estate will come in if you have a project that has been neglected or started by a non-licensed contractor.
